Purple Kohlrabi

Purple Vienna Kohlrabi microgreens are vibrant, with purple to rose-colored stems and contrasting dark green leaves. The purple of the stem carries up between the cotyledons, and some of the leaves can also be purple-tinged.  Kohlrabi microgreens are very nutritious and contains over 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C. It's also high in Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Thiamin (B1), potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.
